Follow up the `Chang` hard fork

Why

Once the Chang hard-fork has taken place, we need to make sure the mainnet networks work as expected and to follow-up with Cardano hot fixes if any.

What

Check that Mithril mainnet networks are working properly after the Chang hard-fork, and apply Cardano hot fixes if necessary.

  • pre-release-preview (will be done with Release 2437 distribution #1901)
  • release-preprod (will be done with Release 2437 distribution #1901)
  • release-mainnet (will be done with Release 2437 distribution #1901)
• Clean devnet from hacks for now unsupported versions (<9.0.0)
