Add missing field in OpenAPI specification

A field is missing in the /certificate-pending route of the OpenAPI specification.
Without this field the signers would not be able to produce the single signatures.

• Add the previous_hash field in the response payload (representing the previous certificate hash)
• Update the entities with the new field
