Rely on org flake registry to provide all inputs, and do not lock them so that locking is deferred to downstream consumers.

Requires consumer to add the following to the flake.nix:
Using this repo as a testing ground since it is fairly minimal and the blast radius is much less. But tested from a consuming cluster flake and it works wonderfully.
