Prevent possible segfaults in ingress, persistentvolumeclaim, statefulset in kube_inventory plugin

Hi @a-venger,

Thanks for tracking this down and fixing this. THere is one test failure for Windows, rebasing to master would fix this, but since this is related to K8s and not windows, I think we can go ahead and merge his.
