Required for all PRs:
This PR fixes cases where a protocol-buffer definition is added multiple time to the protocol-buffer registry. This can happen with multiple parser instances using the same protocol-buffer definition, as the protocol-buffer registry is global for the process. Without this fix, the parser will fail with a panic showing that the same spec already exists.
