  1. Run telegraf with bigquery output plugin defined in telegraf.conf

Expected behavior

Telegraf should recognise the BigQuery plugin

Actual behavior

[telegraf] Error running agent: Error loading config file /etc/telegraf/telegraf.conf: error parsing bigquery array, Undefined but requested output: bigquery
