[2.x] Missing data after a sudden power cut

I am using Influx DB version 2.7.3 on a Variscite SOM Board: Variscite Spear-MX8 version 1.4

and OS details: Linux: Linux imx8qm-var-som 5.15.60-imx8qm+ga172809910fb #1 SMP PREEMPT Sat Jun 10 07:41:51 UTC 2023 aarch64 aarch64 aarch64 GNU/Linux.

We are experiencing a loss of chunks of data after the system powers up. on further investigation, we have found that all shards that were present before the power-down still exist.

Does anyone have any idea about this issue and what we can do to retrieve the data?

@SagarAcevin Where are you storing the data? eMMC? SD card? Or somewhere else?
