Cannot use the program

Hello when i start the program after filled in the config data. It freeze (cannot click to any UI staff, than close the program) and cannot keep in run. I tryed to notice the format of userid, pass, word name (it is hu1, is it correct?), and the url of the game: hu1.forgeofempires.com/
Help me to use proper.
