Show / Hide Buttons

Punch: Generally, I think if a person has permissions to take an action, but that action is disabled at the current time, the better UX would be to show a disabled button, instead of hiding the button.

Punch: Specifically, I'm thinking of spirit scores enter button, for instance. It only shows after scores are entered, which can be confusing for some users, who might think they don't have the permissions, etc.
