Implement the new layout for the Initiatives page, workshops section

The workshops section on the Initiatives page has been redesigned as to the figma. The new design needs to be implemented.

Right now, every workshop has an image that is used as the preview image on the Initiatives page as well as the cover image on the workshop page. With the new design, it becomes difficult to display this same image in different contexts without having to stretch it to fit. Uttara suggested to use 2 separate images for each workshop to solve this problem.

To accommodate this suggestion, in the airtable, the "workshops" base will be changed to have 2 images fields:

• "preview_image" will be used on the initiatives page
• "cover_image" will be used on the individual workshop page
