Describe the bug
Once upon a time we had a disclaimer stating the percentage data available on the different region levels. Sometime in the past it disappeared. This disappearance can be seen in all current versions (0.2.8, 0.2.9 & 0.3.0).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to either faunabeheer.inbo.be or faunabeheer-dev.inbo.be
  2. Scroll down to 'Gerapporteerd afschot van wild zwijn in 2022'
  3. See error

Expected behavior
a disclaimer displaying requested info

Additional context
I suspect the launch of the dashboard page to be the breaking point.
