What about wbe's with no afschot/schade of a species

@jimcasaer how will we go about wbe's that have no afschot/schade of a species?
For example wbe zwarte beek has no reported afschot & schade of damhert & edelhert .
Currently they are displayed like the other species while just having a empty page.

I see a few options to handle these cases:

1. only display the species with at least 1 record of afschot or schade
2. display a disclaimer stating the lack of data
3. ignore the lack of data altogether

@jimcasaer what do you think ?
