Possibility of Accepting a PR?

Greetings, I work for a cancer registry vendor that uses this library. Admittedly, I don't know if I would have time for this task or not, but if I ever had a spare moment to update the C# library to use C# style Documentation comments is that something that you would be interested in accepting? It would really help us use this library more effectively.

We would happily accept it. This library is essentially a conversion of the Java Staging Library (which can be found here). Most code comments are from the original java version. But we are open to adding new ones if they are appropriate.
