Build failed with URIError

I try to build the project, but failed by a URIError. I haven't made any changes to the project, so I'm wondering what causes this problem.

The automatic deployment of this project on Netlify works fine, so I'm not quite sure what's going on. maybe I can check it out tomorrow

Thanks for your reply, it looks like something wrong with my environment. I will try to fix it.

It's worth noting that I'm using an Arch Linux and node v18.8.0 locally. might that help?
some people build properly in a Windows environment, probably related to the node version.

It's a good tip. I'm using node v16.20.0 in Windows right now. I'll try with version 18.18.0.

Now I turn to Ubuntu and build successfully. However, when I try to deploy at github pages, I try to add a config -- path.base in svelte.config.ts, it builds failed again.
Error message says "'base' option should end with a slash.", but according to svelte kit documentation, path.base is "a root-relative path that must start, but not end with /". I've googled but there doesn't seem to be a relevant answer. This confuses me.

It is worth noting that Urara is not adapted for SvelteKit's subdirectory feature, which means it cannot be deployed under directories.
I would recommend using platforms such as Vercel, Netlify, etc., as they offer multiple customizable second-level domains
If you only want to use GitHub Pages, you need to use example.github.io as the repository name, e.g. r0bin-zheng.github.io
