As discussed on IRC, we should have a way for users to define macros or scripts to run upon startup that is more flexible than StartupMacros.ijm.

We need to add handling for scripts/AutoRun/ (in alphabetical order for consistency) for that.

In Fiji, this was fixed in fiji/fiji@371d378. Something similar (but more proper) is still needed for ImageJ2.
