Fail to run multiple trainings on one machine #186

I failed to run multiple trainings on one machine at the same time. I used two tmux sessions to run two trianings separately. However, I found that starting the second one is going to stop the training for both of them. I'm sure that the problem is in creating make_vec_envs. Does anyone have the same problem or have some ideas about it?
