Question about RNA_label.csv for RNA-only mode

Hi,

Would you please kindly explain a bit about the input file "RNA_label.csv".

1.For RNA-only mode, is this a complulsory input file and what do the labels 0 or 1 mean here? The RNA has interaction with any other RNA/protein/compound?
2. I am not sure how to find this information? Is this information available from RNA database?
3. If I label all 0 or all 1 for all RNAs, under RNA-only mode, will this affect the embedding output?
