#1966 implements displaying raw bytes in IL disassembly.

There seems to be some kind of setting ShowRawOffsetsAndBytesBeforeInstruction.

But ilspycmd does not seem to support to enable this setting.

Is it possible to add a command line option to enable it? e.g. ilspycmd --il --showraw.

I use ilspy in a project to extract signatures with ilspycmd, this would make my job way easier.
