Replace the previous global --remove-signatures approach with a registries.d-based strategy to disable signature copying only for registry.connect.redhat.com. Added a setup task (setup-registries-config.yml) and a registries.d template to generate {{ mirror_working_dir }}/registries.d/registry.connect.redhat.com.yaml, and updated mirroring tasks (direct, to-filesystem, from-filesystem) to pass --registries.d {{ mirror_working_dir }}/registries.d to oc mirror. Also updated README to document the selective signature mirroring and added debug messages. This avoids oc-mirror failures caused by missing .sig files for certain Red Hat Certified operators while preserving signature verification for other Red Hat operators (see Red Hat Support Case #04446606).
