"1" or "2" in .csv?

Why are there "1" or "2" in addition to "0" as entries in the habit tracking when exporting it as .csv, then importing it into Excel.
Is one of these two for manual entries, where as the other number is for automated checkmarks [let's say it's Tuesday in a habit that is defined as 1/7 days after a manual checkmark on Monday]?
If so, which is which?
