Weekly habits not getting unpopulated checkmarks

I have 3 habits that are all "2x per week". I have double checked that all of them have this exact same setting. Two of them get the "unpopulated checkmarks" and disappear when I "hide completed tasks", even when they haven't been completed today. The 3rd habit does not have the "unpopulated checkmarks", it has x's, and it does not disappear when I "hide completed tasks". I think there is a bug that's causing these to not all act the same way.
