Describe the bug

HabitMenu and Menu components should appear with a smooth animation using Framer Motion, but sometimes there is a lag, causing them to appear abruptly without the intended animation.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the HabitMenu or Menu component.
  2. Observe the animation when the component opens.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

  • Device: Pixel 8
  • OS: Android 15
  • Browser: Chrome 129.0.6668.100
