An elliptic filter, also known as a Cauer filter or Zolotarev filter, is a type of signal processing filter that provides a very steep roll-off and minimal transition band while allowing for ripples in both the passband and the stopband. This characteristic makes elliptic filters highly efficient in terms of achieving a desired level of attenuation with a lower filter order compared to other filter types like Butterworth or Chebyshev filters.

In this implementation filter coefficients are set to 250Hz cutoff frequency
