Add support for an equivalent of trace_rawTransaction

Now that we have support for trace_replayBlockTransaction and other Parity-style tracing APIs, we should also consider adding trace_rawTransaction.

The API should produce the same output as Parity's in order to facilitate interoperability between both clients.
