I tried pull releases of redis(https://github.com/antirez/redis) and nginx, but GHRepository.listReleases() return empty always

https://developer.github.com/v3/repos/releases/#list-releases-for-a-repository

Information about published releases are available to everyone. Only users with push access will receive listings for draft releases.
