Caused by: org.eclipse.aether.transfer.ArtifactNotFoundException: Failure to find org.jenkins-ci:jenkins:pom:1.26 in http://192.168.1.117:8081/nexus/content/groups/public was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of nexus has elapsed or updates are forced

I solve it for i have configure my mirror in my maven settings.xml, but just change mirrorOf in the mirror tag to central,problems fixed.
