P.S., if one accidentally places an <LI>...</LI> outside / after the <UL>...</UL>, that's OK according to tidy.

@jidanni, there is something really weird, wrong, ... with tidy's handling of lists, and their members...

But this/these needs to be singularly identified, samples completed, to also check the W3C validator...

I had looked at this code some time back, to account for the seemingly more relaxed, diff, or changed, lists in html5... appreciate if you, anyone, can find the links to these related issues... and to the W3C RECS...
