+## donwloand extension for offline install
+- VScode market place doesn't support offline download anymore
+- At online-connected computer, download and install vscode (windows or Linux)
+- From extension menu, search the package you want
+- Right mouse button and click save as
+- It will ask OS/machine time for the extension
