[Feature]: Allow users to specify a directory prefix for the output CSV file

What feature do you want?

Allow users to specify a directory prefix for the output CSV file. Today, if Drishti is run directly on the original Darshan file, the system will try to write the CSV in the same file path, which may fail.

Possible exports include the following:

• summary as a CSV
• report as HTML
• report as SVG

Would it be preferred if all exports were made to the directory prefix, with the default directory prefix being the PWD?
