Missing functionality while checking item inventory for the orders which are in Brokering Queue

Current behavior

Clicking on the cube icon of the orders which is in brokering queue does not trigger any functionality, and the item inventory (QOH) is not fetched or displayed.

Expected behavior

Cube icon should not be present for the order item which is in brokering queue.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Login the app using valid user credentials.
Select a facility for which the orders are present in the open state.
Open the order details page of an order for which other shipments are present in the same order.
Scroll down to locate the other shipments of the same order.
Click on the cube icon to check the item inventory for that order.
Observe that there is no response or functionality triggered by this action.
