Using Arc Dark, highlighted text is unreadable, and text boxes are frequently blue

Using the latest version of Arc Dark and it's corresponding Firefox theme, highlighting any text makes no visible difference, and some text boxes either render in blue, or flash blue as they load and return to white(ex. Google search bar).
