Panel disappears and icons disappear or move

Describe the bug
Maybe the panel is ok or maybe invisible or sometimes empty.

Maybe icons on left/middle/right are visible or maybe missing.

Occurs after suspend. Then extension advertised as error/disabled (but not really disabled because still operating but in error). I can "fix" by logout or restart (not practical).

Linux distribution and version
Ubuntu 24.04, and also I confirm other distros with gnome 46.0 or more
