Display device name in bluetooth panel #23960

Proposed change

If a bluetooth device is connected to HA, display the device name. Also, the source will use the device name if available.
It will be easier to find which bluetooth proxy is linked to each bluetooth device.

I also added grouping per source (by default and it can be displayed)
