Breaking change

Proposed change

Some of the new APIs doesn't work with viewer level privileges, this fixes that. Dependency change is to catch Unauthorized exceptions on new API calls

I don't know if I have time today or tomorrow. I hope to do it before the next point release. Else I will add it in a second PR
