Remove myself from codeowners

This removes me from the list of codeowners for the Neato integration. It seems that Neato is becoming increasingly unreliable since Vorwerk bought the company. Although I'm not sure if this is related or not:

• Neato Integration no longer working #124701
• Integration NEATO Vacuum - Not Supported ! #117055
• Add alert for neato on unsupported botvacs alerts.home-assistant.io#465

However, this and other personal changes have led to my decision that I can no longer support this integration. The Neato integration will therefore no longer be maintained from now on.

Many thanks to all. It has been a pleasure and a special journey for me personally to be part of this project.
