Add model ID to linkplay

This adds model ID to Linkplay devices. It uses the project name as the static identifier.

@Velleman @dukeofphilberg can you confirm that the assumption that project ID is a unique identifier per released model is correct?

At this time, it can be assumed, but linkplay is a general protocol that is being used in a lot more devices than we first thought of. At last, there's no harm into adding it?
