Mobile app: a new integration is automatically added instead of a disabled one #109175

The problem

There were three Mobile App integrations in my test HA setup for the phones.
I disabled all these integrations in UI.

But rather soon (probably after a next HA reboot) a new integration was added automatically ("iPhone").
Also, an integration for "iPad Air 2" (which was disabled) became enabled automatically.

Checkboxes were OFF:

After a new integration is automatically added (or automatically enabled) - it's checkbox is ON:

My expectation: if the checkbox is off - do not add a new integration automatically.
