NP page freezes briefly when backed into using the back gesture on COMB

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open an NP page on COMB
2. Navigate to another NP page
3. Use the back gesture to go back to the first NP

Expectation:

You can immediately interact and scroll through the page once you back into it

Reality:

The page is briefly frozen and cannot be interacted with or scrolled through

I just tested this in the latest iOS Safari, and the problem seems to have gotten less severe

My experience too. Less severe but still happens.
