User detail and activation mail

Version 2.2.1
The link "GO" to user details in admin panel does not work. When clicked, it takes you to search user page.
The system does not send activation mails during registration. How are we going to activate customer accounts?

The GO function works. Check your network on console to see what client gets from server. Server logs could be helpful too.

There is no reported issue on the activation mail either. Can you manually verify a user's email on the blue admin?

Activation mail works if you click on request to resend. The first one doesn't work.
How do I manually activate client's account, how can I not go into details of client's account? The "GO" function does not work as above. There are no errors in nginx server logs. I'll check console again.

I rebuilt server and web image. Everything works fine except "GO" button in user list. Can you explain it to me?
Note that it was an upgrade from version 2.1.2 to version 2.2.1

The reason for this error was that the KYC plugin was not installed.
