Clone and install thorntail
$ git clone https://github.com/thorntail/thorntail.git
$ mvn clean install -DskipTestsDownload and extract jruby [1.7.23] and put on PATH, then
$ jruby -S gem install ruby-maven
$ rmvn clean package thorntail:runjruby-sinatra
