OTA spam in the debug sidebar

Since v0.18, my log gets spammed with OTA warnings roughly every 5 minutes:

No converter available for 'tint Smart Switch' with cluster 'genOta' and type 'commandQueryNextImageRequest' and data '{"fieldControl":1,"manufacturerCode":4635,"imageType":5005,"fileVersion":40}'
