Missing design: risc_cpu

It looks like the directory for 'risc_cpu' is missing. I'm just curious because all LLMs failed on this task.

I wanted to follow up on this. I am independently reproducing the results of this work and other HDL LLM benchmarks and this is missing from the repo but present in the paper, making the overall benchmark metrics not reproducible.
