As I'm not a member (or what have you) of the org, I forked the repo for this PR.

This might also explain why the tests action was not triggered? Perhaps a member can trigger it.

Hi @david-mears-2, thanks very much for updating this! I also can't see a button to "run the tests on this PR" so let's just merge this in and see what happens :shipit:

Hey @r-ash :)

Mantra told me:

hey, github turns off automatic actions if a repo hasnt had any triggers in 6 months, ive re enabled it, if you just do an empty commit and push it should automatically run the workflow now

I’m interested in triggering the workflow because when I made this update on other repos it hasn’t always passed the test actions.

Thanks! And sorry if I jumped the gun. I have since updated the python version. This repo was on 3.7 which was no longer being provided by the python setup action. Getting some more failures see https://github.com/hivtools/hint-deploy/actions/runs/14773050313/job/41478218168 not sure if that is related to the constellation update.

Do you want to update your fork from main and then make another PR with some trivial change? We can make sure the workflow is triggered on that so you can see any build issues which would have come up on this PR if I hadn't got too excited 🙈

I see test failures over on that PR #81. So I recommend downgrading constellation. If you still want to upgrade a little relative to the before times, you could try some of the intermediate versions. The versions after 1.0.0 that are available from PyPI are: 1.1.0, 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3, 1.2.4, and 1.4.0 (this one).

Have a look here @r-ash : vimc/orderly-web-deploy#56 - the failures are quite possibly just not pre-pulling images any more
