Нерабочая панель администратора и поломка бота

Пароль ввожу из config.php, но почему-то показывается ошибка на 12-ой строке в index.php и снова выкидывает на форму ввода пароля.

Если попытаться вломиться в панель, пишет:

Убрал проверку пароля, включил бота.
Написал тестовое "Эй". Бот повис.

Видимо что-то не-то пошло. "Эй" обрабатывается бесконечно.
Да и с 12 строкой index.php надо что-то делать, ибо оно "pass" не воспринимает.
