将tidb从mysql类型中独立出来

在 goInception 项目中讨论，goInception中对于tidb 类型理论上是没有适配的，对于tidb 中的大表（默认大于16M）在进行ddl语句变更时，gh-ost工具会报错：Unexpected database port reported: 10171. 讨论issue: hanchuanchuan/goInception#677
既然goInception中的gh-ost工具不支持tidb类型， 那是不是可以将tidb作为一个独立的类型，使用原生SQL执行的方式执行SQL上线和查询。
