Midi output to Fluidsynth via Jack?

I have a number of existing midi files, which Helio seems to load OK, but I want the midi notes to go via Jack to Fluidsynth.
The Instrument pit just seems to know about Helio Default plugin. Any hints as to how to proceed?

Otherwise, Helio is no use to me.

You need to install some VST plugins for that.
