This is a follow-up to #7393.

The following directories contain .p12 file(s) but don't have a README.md that documents the steps on how to create them:

./common/key-util
./config/encryption
./examples/webserver/protocols
./examples/webserver/tls
./jersey/tests/connector
./security/providers/http-sign
./webserver/tests/webserver

The archetype also contains a .p12 file, we should include steps on how to create it in the generated README.md.
