Window should have a maximum size

Description

On the desktop app version, we have removed the direct window size and instead maximized the window.

Impact

On very wide screens, the window will look too wide and it doesn't look good.
Moreover, upon redimensioning the window and quitting, the next start up of Headlamp won't maintain the previously set window size.
