Do not spell-check svn status (added, modified, ...) lines.

Adding the @NoSpell cluster for svnRegion doesn't prevent spell checking for the contained syntax items. Explicitly add @NoSpell there to avoid that the filespecs of added, modified, ... files are spell checked.
