New maintainership settings incoming

Hello all, just an announcement that I will shortly be updating the repository maintainership settings in line with https://github.com/haskell-org/committee/blob/main/proposals/0004-haskell-org-repo-maintainers.md, especially given that we've recently had some change in committee membership.
